-We will hold both Public and Brokers only Open Houses to get people through the door and answer questions of prospective buyers.
7. Purchase and Sales Agreement (offers)
-We will promptly and clearly communicate all offers and their terms, while providing honest and helpful guidance.
8. Offer Review and Negotiation
-We will review and discuss the best plan of action to protect your interests and maximize your home’s value.
9. Mutual Acceptance and Signing
-Once you have agreed on terms and price, we will prepare the proper documents for you to sign.
-We will follow up to make sure that the Buyers lending institution is taking the correct steps to get their financing approved according to schedule.
